Product Operations Manager
Help us work sharper, move faster, and build the right things.
We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to help us run a tighter, smarter product team at Electricity Maps. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to product decisions, shaping problems, tightening execution, and building systems that help us learn faster without needing to be the one setting the roadmap.
You’ll work across the full product lifecycle:
Before we commit, you’ll help gather insights and frame problems.
After we ship, you’ll help us track what worked, what didn’t, and what we’re hearing from users.
In between, you’ll support smooth, consistent execution across teams.
You’ll take ownership of how we operate, from managing tools and processes to making sure feedback loops are closed and projects don’t fall through the cracks. This isn’t a junior support role or a stepping stone to product management. It’s a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to have direct impact on improving how we run, not just define what we build.
