What Youâll OwnđŻ
Define our growth strategy and work backwards from revenue goals
Build a demand generation engine across inbound, paid, lifecycle, and community
Sharpen our product positioning and customer segmentation
Launch early-stage marketing programs that activate both self-serve and enterprise buyers
Equip the sales team with messaging and materials that help them close faster
What Success Looks Like in Your First 6 Monthsđ
Pipeline growth across both PLG and Sales-led motions
Clear, differentiated product positioning embedded across key channels
Our best-fit ICPs and use cases clearly defined, validated, and targeted
Sales team enabled with updated decks, battle cards, and case studies
Early marketing ops foundation set (KPI tracking, growth experiment logs)
What Kind of Operator Will Thrive Heređ
5+ years experience leading B2B SaaS marketing across growth and product marketing
Has directly owned revenue or pipeline targets (not just marketing metrics)
Experienced operating at early-stage ($1Mâ$10M ARR) and scaling past it
Comfortable working across both PLG and Sales-led GTM motions
Able to set direction independently and move quickly without waiting for permission
Thrives in a hands-on, high-ownership environment
Bonus: experience marketing technical products (APIs, energy, developer tools)

Based in Copenhagen or remote (for exceptional candidates)
